I think it is time that I start branching out from my usual food routine because there are at least half a dozen items included in this gallery that I do not even recognize. It would appear as though my extensive knowledge of frozen pizza and microwavable burritos does not make me as cultured as I once thought. Now that I realize it, I am only capable of naming about five different kinds of vegetables, but if everything I know about a well-balanced diet is true, and I am pretty sure that it is, then they are not that important anyway.
The most important thing to know is that sugar is the primary food group; that is where you get all of your energy. Meat comes second because it tastes the best and leads to muscle growth regardless of your physical activity. Lastly comes baked goods. Those will fill you up and keep you from snacking on lettuce and carrots. There really are not any other groups worth mentioning here, the others will only lead to a steep decline in happiness.
